PREPARATION:

Place the pork loins on an oven tray and salt them. Spread mustard on both sides. Drizzle over olive oil and white wine to taste.

Pre-heat the oven. Cook for 40 to 45 minutes at 180-200º C. Fillet and serve hot.

800 g pork loin
Virgin extra olive oil
Salt
1 jar old-style mustard
White wine
